Day 02-Proceeds to Sigirya , en route visiting the Elephant Orphanage in Pinnawela, which is a home to about 60 Elephants found abandoned or orphaned in the wild. Also, accompany the Elephants to a river close by to see them having their daily baths. Carry out showering elephants and an elephant rides. After that proceeds to Sigiriya.
Day 03-After breakfast proceed to Sigiriya Rock and climb the Rock Fortress of Sigiriya, built by King Kasiappa (473 - 491 AD). The lion rock is a citadel of unusual beauty, rising 200 meters from the scrub jungle. See the world famous frescoes of the "Heavenly Maidens" of Sigiriya in a sheltered pocket of the rock.
After lunch proceed to Kandy. En route to Kandy visit a Spice Garden in Matale. Here you can learn about spices and Sri Lankan Ayervadic. Ayurveda is an ancient form of medicine, the Science of Long life , using natural remedies to achieve physical and mental well-being. Day 05-Morning Proceed to NuwaraEliya, or Little England, as it is affectionately known. During the steep ascent to NuwaraEliya you can visit a Tea Estate, where you can see how tea is made and have the opportunity to taste tea. Undoubtedly the best tea you will ever taste! After lunch you can have a city tour in Nuwaraeliya and enjoy the view and Relax
